This event, held at the Dallas Brookes Hall in April 1981 was an exciting event that fans of Australian bodybuilding will long remember. The show consisted of the following events, Junior Mr Victoria, Intermediate Mr Victoria, Professional Mr Victoria, Miss Victoria and the feature event the Professional Mr & Miss. Southern Universe.
Peter Lindsay would with the main event ahead of Milton Hadjigeorgiou (who won the State title on the same night) and Rocco Oppedisano.
