An excellent contest report on the 1970 IFBB Mr England. Mike Baker would win the title whilst Bertil Fox would be the standout winner of the teenage Mr England. Four physique stars – Reg Park, Al Beckles, Frank Richard and Australian Frank Columbera would guest pose at the competition.
