Intermediate Bodybuilding

A great article on intermediate bodybuilding by Oscar Heidenstam.   Oscar was a competitive bodybuilder whose career spanned 3 decades.  In 1937 he won his national title (Mr Britain).  He would go on to participate in the first NABBA Universe won by John Grimek in 1948 and also participate in the 1950 and 1951 NABBA Universes.  Of greater importance was his role as Director-in-chief of the annual NABBA Mr. Universe contest and Publisher of Health and Strength Magazine, Britain.

Please endure you read the first article in this series (Beginning Bodybuilding).  It has previously been loaded to the website.

Thanks goes to Andrew Lee (USA) for his gracious donation of requested electronic copies of his MuscleMag International magazine collection.
